The original plastic buckle of Java Neo is prone to breakage. Mr. TiPARTS has developed an aluminum alloy front fork E-buckle specifically for JN3, which is CNC machined and has a 3D printed rubber protective sticker inside to prevent damage to the frame paint surface caused by hard friction between the E-buckle and the frame.

The 2026 E-buckle is suitable for 16 inch and 20 inch frames, and the opening size can be adjusted according to the diameter of the rear fork of the frame, with an adjustment range of 16.5-22.5mm. The E-buckle is equipped with screws of M5 * 14 and M5 * 20 lengths, which are used for installing different front forks.

M5 * 14 is used for 20 inch aluminum forks, while M5 * 20 is used for 16/20 inch carbon forks and 16 inch aluminum forks.
